Hail Star is AWESOME!!!!!Went in Monday morning, my insurance was screwed up. Couldn't get a straight answer from another PDR place. Was getting very frustrated.

Well the gang at Hail Star ended all that! They took care of my insurance problem, fixed my car in a day,washed and waxed my car,picked up and delivered my car with absolutely no out of pocket cost to me. You just can't find this level of customer service anywhere. Very pleased!!!!Highly recommend these guys.

These guys did an amazing job! Quick, straightforward and attention to detail. I fell in love with my car all over again when I picked it up and all the dents were gone. From the time I called to the time my car was finished, it was nothing but great service. I didn't pay a dime for anything. Free rental car, they worked everything out with my insurance so I didn't have to deal with it. They went above and beyond, they even buffed my headlights for me! Loved the whole experience from the waived deductible to the free rental car. I loved my rental so much I was hoping they would take longer to fix my car but, they're speedy.
