Paintless Dent Repair or PDR is it is known, is a delicate process of removing dents and dings, in many cases restoring the vehicle back to original condition.
Trained technicians massage the dent from behind, gently coaxing the dent to the surface. This is to preserve the original factory paint finish, and avoid excess body work.
There is no need to use expensive body work, new panels, or bondo to try to panel match paint. The surface is unharmed and back to factory condition.
Even if an estimate says that panels need to be replaced that is not necessarily the case. There are many reasons that an insurance company will recommend replacing a panel. Often times, your vehicle is still a good candidate for PDR. It is always a good idea to have your car looked at by a professional PDR company.
We work with local body shops; if something does need to be replaced or painted we will have that taken care of while we work on your vehicle.
Because we are not doing conventional body shop repairs on your vehicle, PDR actually retains the value of your vehicle. PDR is not reported to Carfax like traditional body work.
On average a PDR service will take 1-3 days depending upon the damage.
